Prescription Refills

Please notify your pharmacy when you need a prescription refill.

The pharmacy will call us to request the refill.

It is always best to call at least 2 to 3 days in advance when a refill is needed.

This will help assure there is no interruption with your medication.

Requests must be made during normal office hours when your chart is available.

PLEASE NOTE: No prescription refills will be made on weekends or after hours.
